    Officers of Parents-Teachers Associations from various Day Care Centers of Barangay Merville, Parañaque City, took their oath of office before Hon. Gustavo Tambunting, Parañaque City Vice Mayor last August 14, 2008 at the Barangay Merville Hall.
    Among the officials who witnessed the said ceremonies were Merville Punong Barangay Gloria C. Gutierrez (in pink blouse), City Councilors Baby Bustamante, Bong Benzon and Bert Bonsol.
    Kagawad Pablo Marquez ( in red shirt), Chairman of Barangay Merville's Committee on Education, Culture and Tourism led in the preparation of the said ceremonies.

    BARANGAY MERVILLE TO BE AN ECONOMICALLY PROGRESSIVE AND STABLE COMMUNITY WITH MORALLY UPRIGHT, HEALTHY AND GOD-FEARING CITIZENRY LIVING IN A PEACEFUL, ORDERLY AND ECOLOGICALLY BALANCED ENVIRONMENT.

    MISSION

    BARANGAY MERVILLE SHALL SPEARHEAD THE MASSIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IT HAS ENVISIONED TO ITS CONSTITUENTS, ENHANCING THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF ALL NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS AS PARTNERS IN COMMUNITY-BUILDING IN MOBILIZING ITS RESOURCES WITH ONE COMMON GOALS AND OBJECTIVES IN PROMOTING THE GENERAL WELL-BEING OF ITS PEOPLE DEDICATED IN BUILDING A TRULY PROGRESSIVE AND PEACEFUL COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN.
